Raw food pizza from germinated grain not only looks like real pizza, but tastes better or in other words: more intense!

About a year ago - I said: Raw food does not need fast food fakes! Well, time passes, and now no fast food dish is safe from me ... Spaghetti Bolognese, lasagna, burgers - all these I've already "translated" into raw food! Now I've even tried raw pizza - which I could never imagine to be good as a raw version!! But you know what? Simple and delicious recipes can be transformed. Of course it misses the long cheese threads, but the taste is all the more intense because it has not been cooked! After a few hours in the dehydrator (oven) at 45 degrees, the pizza is also warm and ready to eat.
Pizza - simply raw!

200 g of wheatgrass (2 days germinated)
60 g of yellow linseed, ground or crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ tsp salt

Cashew cheese / Parmesan

115 g of cashews (soaked in water for 1 hour and degassed)
55 ml of water
2 tablespoons of seasoning yeast flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ tsp salt

35 g dried tomatoes (4 pieces)
1 fresh, big tomato
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3-4 leaves of basil
¼ tsp salt

½ red peppers, cut into thin rings
5 black olives, cut into rings
3 tablespoons basil leaves, cut into strips
5 tbsp raw corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

Grind the germinated wheat in the kitchen machine, knead it with the ground or crushed linseed, olive oil and salt to form a dough and roll out with the dough roll as thin as possible. Slightly lift the edges and leave to dry in the drier at 45 ° C for 3 hours on a dripping foil (alternatively baking paper in the oven) covered with olive oil. Meanwhile the cashews for the cashew cheese mix with water, spice yeast, lemon juice and salt in the mixer to a sauce. Pour two to three tablespoons of the parmesan on a dripping film and leave to dry for 2 hours. For the sauce reduce all ingredients in the blender and stir.
As soon as the pizzabode is dried, apply the sauce with a spoon, spread a few blobs of the cashew cheese on top, and spread the finely chopped peppers, olives, basil leaves and raw corn kernels. Finally, spread some crumbs of the dried cashew cheese (Parmesan) on the pizza. The pizza for two more hours in the drier dry and warm.
