Raw mousse au chocolat with walnut crumble and grapes

You should better not tell your guests that avocado is the basis for this delicious cream ...!

And also I could not imagine this, until I gave it a first try! I love avocados basically - and in every variant - but the sweet one ...??! All the more I was surprised when I tried this cream. It tastes just perfect creamy, very very chocolate-tasty and heavenly good !! The autumnal walnut crumble an the grapes fit well to this dish in my opinion, because both are now ripe in our garden - and because it complements the chocolate.

Raw mousse au chocolat with walnut crumble and grapes

Raw Mousse au chocolat:
2 avocados
50 g of cocoa powder
230 g agave syrup

2-3 handful of walnuts
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
5 tablespoons agave syrup
1 Msp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder

fresh grapes

Cut the avocado in 2 halfs, hollow it out and mix it in the blender together with the other ingredients for the mousse to form a smooth cream. For the crumble, chop the walnuts roughly and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Fill the mousse cream in dessert glasses and decorate with the crumble and some fresh grapes.

You can keep this dessert 2-3 days in the refrigerator - but you should really enjoy it immediately because it tastes soooo delicious!:-)
